• Gymwolf is not a medical service. The features provided—including running tracking, hydration reminders, and motivational content—are for informational and motivational purposes only.
• Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new fitness routine. You use Gymwolf at your own risk.

Hydration Reminders & Motivational Content

• The app includes friendly reminders to drink water and motivational quotes to encourage consistency.
• These features are automated and meant to support healthy habits, but should not replace medical advice or personal awareness of your health needs.

Photos & Session Sharing

After completing a session, Gymwolf allows you to take a photo and download it with your workout stats. This photo is generated within the app and includes your distance, time, pace, and other session data.

Currently, users cannot upload custom images or external content to the app. Sharing is limited to downloading your session image and manually posting it to social media if you choose.

Content Ownership

You retain rights to the photos you take using Gymwolf. Since these are generated within the app, Gymwolf does not claim ownership of your session images.

By using the app, you agree not to misuse the generated images or falsely represent them in any harmful, offensive, or misleading way.
